According toWorld Health Organization(WHO) Medical errors can be caused by human factors. Adverse patient safety incidents were related to surgical procedures (27%), medication errors (18.3%), and treatment- related infection errors (12.2%). Whereas in Europe, the incidence of patients with infection risk is as much as 83.5% and evidence of medical errors shows 50-72.3%.The purpose of this study was to analyze the magnitude of the relationship between the implementation of patient safety goals and patient safety incidents at Salak Hospital, Bogor City. This research used descriptive analytic method with cross sectional research design. The population of this study were nurses and the sample size was 50 respondents. This research was conducted in December 2022 at Salak Hospital, Bogor City.
